Most of the pictures have disappeared from the gallery

Until recently I used to use photobucket as a hosting site for pictures that I have posted here. But they have now suddenly changed their terms of service, removing all pictures posted from photobucket to other sites, and demanding a substantial yearly payment to restore them and return to the previous arrangement. I am damned if I am going to pay over any money to a company that behaves in such a manner, this effectively being a form of blackmail for people will suddenly find their blogs emptied of all pictures. Ugh.

Since I started this blog over tne years ago, and most people who now visit it will have forgotten the earliest posts if they have ever seen them, I think I may repost what I like best from them little by little.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
